Service Categories
A service category represents a broad grouping of services. Some examples of service categories can include Gas Trouble, Electric Trouble, Water Issues, Vegetation Management, and Customer Requests.
Service categories can be associated with an organization or access group so the utility can segregate the service call categories to specific users. What this means is that only users associated with a particular organization and who are included as part of that access group will be able to see the values for the service categories associated with that branch of the organization.
