2.2.2.3 Close Legal Block

This topic describes the systematic instructions to close legal blocks.

Specify User Name and Password, and login to Home screen.
  1. From Home screen, under Menu, click Corporate DDA.
    The Corporate DDA pane displays.
  2. Under Corporate DDA, click Operations.
    The Operations pane displays.
  3. Under Operations, click Transactions.
    The Transactions pane displays.
  4. Under Transactions, click Legal Block.
    The Legal Block pane displays.
  5. Under Legal Block, click Close.
    The Close screen displays.
  6. Alternatively, you can search the configuration via Menu Item Search field. Specify the operation name Legal Block and select Corporate DDA-->Operations-->Transactions-->Legal Block-->Close.

  7. Specify the fields on the screen.

    Field Description
    Account Number Enter the Account Number or click the search icon to view the Account Number pop-up window. By default, this window lists all the Account Numbers present in the system. You can search for a specific Account Number by providing Customer ID, Account Number, or Account Name and click the Fetch button.
    Account Name The account name displays.
    Customer Number Specify the CIF number of the customer to whom the legal block is to be closed from the drop-down list.
    Customer Name The customer name displays.
    Currency Specify the currency of the customer account from the drop-down list.
    Currency Description The description of the currency displays.
  8. Click Search.
    The system identifies all records satisfying the specified criteria and displays the following details for each one of them:
    • Authorization Status
    • Record Status
    • Account Number
    • Sequence Number
    • Amount
    • Effective Date
    • Expiry Date
    • Reference No
