Event - Party to Account Event	Event is enhanced to support operations initiated through PATCH API. Impacted APIs obpyAmendPartyToAccount Note: Values will be populated for only modified fields. Remaining fields will be available as null.
Event Delivery Platform Enhancements	Auto-Pause feature for consumer services. Support for Email notifications for error cases. Service APIs for consumer maintenance.
