1.2.1 Functional Features

This topic provides the information about the various functional features added in this release.

Addition of a "Not Equal To" (!=) Operator to the Recon Rule Definition screen.

In the Reconciliation Rule Definition screen a new operator Not Equal To" (!=) Operator is introduced. This rule condition is an addon where it can be applied only if there an existing rule and refine the reconciliation logic. If there is only single rule / “OR” condition then the "Not Equal To" operator will not be visible.

Introduction of new screen Create Cashflow Transaction to create Cashflow transaction

As a part of this release, a new screen Create Cashflow Transaction is introduced in OBCM to capture data from UI to create a cashflow transaction.

Introduction of new screen Create Recurring Cashflow to create a Recurring Cashflow transaction

A new functionality to allow capturing of cashflow's which are recurring in nature thus saving efforts of manual input of each cashflow transactions.

Introduction of new screen Cashflow Management to edit the Cashflow Management transaction

A new screen Cashflow Management is introduced to modify / edit cashflows for each individual transaction or the master of recurring transactions. The screen also allows to delete Cashflow transaction or recurring Cashflow transactions master.

New inquiry screen Cashflow Inquiry - Recurring being introduced to search the recurring master created through UI or file upload.

As a part of enhancement, new inquiry screen being introduced to search for all authorized Recurring master based on the search parameters. The screen displays the master details / information with basic details of underlying transactions created.

File format for new Cashflow File upload - Recurring CF master and enhancement for existing One time cashflow

This release includes file format to upload the files for Recurring master for Cashflow/s based on which the underlying recurring cashflows will be created by the system and also includes modification in the existing One time cashflow.

Free Task – One-Time Cashflow Transactions

The create cashflow transaction (based on system parameter) has a maker checker functionality. The workflow gives support approval visibility for one-time cashflow transactions.

A new Free Task – Recurring Cashflow

The Recurring Cashflow master transaction (based on system parameter) has a maker checker functionality. The workflow gives support approval visibility for one-time cashflow transactions.

Free Task – Edit Cashflow Transactions (One-Time and Recurring)

The one time or Recurring cashflow master is available for modification and once modified (based on system parameter) has to pass through the maker checker workflow. Tis gives support approval visibility for all edits / updates /delete for all types of cashflow transactions.

Cashflow Inquiry

A new column has been added “Transaction Status” to display the accurate transaction status. The existing field "Corporate Reference Number" is renamed to "Customer Reference Number" and column "Transaction Status" now displays the consolidated transaction status.

Recurring Master Inquiry

A new inquiry screen has been introduced to search and view recurring master/s created through UI or file upload.

Addition of Template id and Alert Schedule detail fields in Alert Decision View/Modfiy Screen

As a part of enhancement, in Alert Decision View screen, system fetches and displays the Template ID mapped to the event and alert code when the frequency is set to 'Online'. For Alert Schedule field, a View hyperlink is displayed for those alert codes where the frequency is selected as 'Scheduled' which allows the users to view the maintained Alert Schedule.
