1.8.2 Prerequisites

  1. For EAC, OBCL uses CreateEACAccVal service available in UBS. This service validates the customer and customer account provided in the request.
  2. To validate the customer status of the counterparty, OBCL uses the QueryCustomer service in UBS and validate the frozen/deceased/where about unknown status.
  3. A parameter OBCL_EXTERNAL_ACC_CHK_REQ is introduced in CSTB_PARAM table. By default this flag is set to Y. If this flag is enabled, then the system verifies EAC check and customer status during transaction online/batch.
  4. Static INC to support EAC in OLTM_SERVICE_PARAMS and OLTM_SERVICE_REQ_FORMAT tables.
  5. Integration maintenance for EAC in OLDINPRM.
