1.5.5 Derived Component Creation

To capture details of derived class maintenance screen

Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.

1. On the Homepage, type LFDDRVTG and click next arrow.
   The Derived Class Maintenance screen is displayed.

2. Using this screen, you can create a derived component and the mapping to the original Basis Amount.

   The derived Component Balance Amount Tag (_BAL) Tag can be selected as the Basis Amount like for any other component.

   If a penalty component is based on a derived tag then if anyone or multiple of them are due, the penalty is computed on the sum of the total basis amount.
