4.31.1 Portfolio Details screen

To capture details of portfolio details screen

Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.

1. On the homepage, type TLDPOMNT and click next arrow.
   The Portfolio Details screen is displayed.

   Note:

   The fields which are marked in asterisk red are mandatory fields.

2. You can specify the following linked unfronted portfolio details in Portfolio Details screen. For information on fields, refer to the field description table.

   Field	Description
   Unfronted	The Unfronted check box is selected only for the portfolios where the desk is ORIGINATIONS-PRM.It is not selected by default. You are allowed to select the check box before the record is authorized once. The LOV displays only the portfolios where the desk is ORIGINATIONS-PRM.
   Linked Unfronted Portfolio	The default value of the Linked Unfronted Portfolio is null. You are allowed to select a value from the LOV. The LOV displays only the active and authorized portfolios for which the Unfronted check box is selected and the same should not be linked to any other portfolio. You need to create the un-fronted portfolio first, before linking the same to a fronted portfolio. The system validates at the time of saving the portfolio that the MEICODE of the trading portfolio and the Linked Unfronted Portfolio (if selected) should be same. Appropriate error messages are displayed if the validation is failed. You are allowed to link only one Linked Unfronted Portfolio with a fronted portfolio. You are allowed to modify existing trading portfolios and maintain Linked Unfronted Portfolio from the LOV only when Linked Unfronted Portfolio is blank and the Unfronted check box is not selected. During copy action, the system copies the value of the Unfronted to the newly created portfolio. However, the system does not copy the value of the new field Linked Unfronted Portfolio You are allowed to maintain settlement instructions for the newly created Linked Unfronted Portfolio even before portfolio maintenance.You are allowed to maintain position identifier for the newly created Linked Unfronted Portfolio. You are allowed to do the LS OL product component mapping maintenance for the newly created Linked Unfronted Portfolio. You should maintain the same expense code for the fronted as well as unfronted portfolios.
