5.2.1 Viewing Event Details

You can view the event details maintained in the User Defined Events screen under Events screen of a contract screen.

To capture details of events screen

Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.

1. On the homepage, type OLDEVENT and click next arrow.
   The Event screen is displayed.

   Note:

   The fields which are marked in asterisk red are mandatory fields.

2. Reference Number - Specify the reference number.
   The system displays the following details in Event screen:

   • Event Number
   • Event code
   • Description
   • Event Date
   • Authorization Status
   • Maker Id
   • Checker Id
