9.5 Upsizing Tranche Amount on a Non-prorata Basis

Oracle Banking Corporate Lending allows you to perform a non-prorata type of increase (upsize) of the tranche amount through a value dated amendment. To do this:

1. First you to have to specify the amount by which the tranche principal has to be increased. You can specify this amount in the Change in Principal field of the Value Dated Amendments screen.
2. You then have to select the participants who are contributing towards the increase and their ratio of contribution. This is explained in the section below.
