5.2.3.12 Specify Rollover Mechanism

You have an option to create a new version of the original contract by selecting New Version or they can initiate a drawdown contract by selecting Spawn contract.

• Select New Version to create a new version of the original contract. During version rollover, you can modify the details such as the product, amount to be rolled over, tenor, ICCF, settlements accounts, charge, fees, and repayment schedules.
• Select Spawn Contract to create a child contract on rollover.
