2.4.2 Change BI Publisher Data Source Password

This topic provides systematic instructions to change the BI Publisher data source password in the Oracle WebLogic application server.

1. Log in to the BI Publisher server.
2. Go to the Admin tab and click the JDBC option.
3. Click the Update Data Source and choose the data source whose password needs to be modified in the field Data source Name.

4. Modify the following field:

   Table 2-5 Update Data Source- Field Description

   Field	Description
   Password	Specify the new password

5. Click the Apply button.
6. Restart the application server.
7. Start Oracle Banking Corporate Lending.
8. Log in to Oracle Banking Corporate Lending. Generate a sample report to test.

   Note:

   Try the above process in UAT or any other test environment before changing the password in a production environment.
