15 Send-to-Modify

Send-to-Modify functionality enables the approver to send the application back to the maker for the further modification.

The below transactions are eligible for Send-to-Modify functionality:

• Virtual Account - Close
• General Rate - Create
• General Rate - Edit
• Special Rate - Create
• Special Rate - Edit
