29 Transaction Code Logo Maintenance

This topic provides the systematic instructions for administrators to view, create, and update transaction code–logo mappings, including assigning and managing logos for transaction categories.

A new maintenance screen enables administrators to manage and assign logos to transaction categories. Users can view all mappings on screen load or search for specific transaction codes. Each mapping can be viewed to check transaction details and associated logos. Administrators can edit existing mappings or create new ones, with all changes submitted for approval before being applied.

Pre-requisites

  • Transaction access is provided to System Administrator.
  • Approval rule set up for System Administrator to perform the actions.
  • Default transaction code–logo mappings are provided with the base product, while customized mappings defined within OBDX can be modified as per business requirements.

Features Supported In Application

This option allows the System Administrator to:

  • Search transaction code–logo mappings
  • View mapping details
  • Create new mappings
  • Edit existing mappings
  • Submit changes for approval
  1. Perform any of the following navigation to access the Transaction Code Logo Maintenance screen.
    • From System/ Bank Administrator Dashboard, click Toggle Menu, then click Menu and then click Configuration . Under Configuration , click Transaction Code Logo Maintenance.
    • From the Search bar, type Configuration – Transaction Code Logo Maintenanceand press Enter.

The Transaction Code Logo Maintenance screen appears.
