9.1 Initiate Bills - Islamic - Search Bills Drafts

This topic provides the systematic instructions to search the Bill draft in the application.

User can save Bills application as a Draft so that it can be used if required in future. User can search the saved Bill draft using Draft Name.

Note:

Bill Application saved as Draft can be used only one time for Bill Application initiation.

To search the Islamic Bill draft:

  1. Specify the Draft Name in the Search field.
  2. Click the Search icon to search and select the
    The saved Bill draft appears based on search criteria.

    Field Name Description
    Draft Name Specify the draft name to search the Bill.
    Search Results This section displays the search results.
    Draft Name Displays the name of the Bill application saved as draft.
    Beneficiary Name Displays the beneficiary of the bill.
    Product Displays the product type as coming from Host.
    Updated Date Displays the latest updated date of the template.
    Amount Displays the bill amount.
  3. Click the Draft card to view the LC details.
    The Initiate Bills - Islamic - LC Details screen appears
  4. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Click Initiate Bills to initiate the bill transaction.
    • Click Summarized View or Tabular to view the initiate Bill draft as Summarized or Tabular view
    • Click Delete to delete the initiated Bill draft card.
