5 Change Scheduler Data Source Password

This topic provides systematic instructions to change the password of the scheduler data source in the Oracle Weblogic application server.

1. Log in to the Oracle WebLogic application server.
2. Go to the Home, and then Services, and then Data Sources.
   A table that contains the list of all data sources created in the application server is displayed.
3. Click the data scheduler source jdbc/fcjSchedulerDS.
   The Settings for FCUBS_SchedulerDS screen displays.
4. On the Settings for FCUBS_SchedulerDS screen, click the Connection Pool tab.
   The Connection Pool tab displays.

5. To change the password, specify the following fields.

   Table 19-1 Connection Pool Tab - Field Description

   Field	Description
   Password	Specify the new password.
   Confirm Password	Specify the new password again.

6. Click Save.
7. To test the data source, select the Monitoring and Testing tab under it.

8. Select the target server, and click Test Data Source.
   The system displays a message confirming successful testing.

   Note:

   Try the above process in UAT or any other test environment before you change the password in a production environment.
