27 Changing BI Publisher Data Source Password- Oracle WebLogic

This topic provides systematic instructions to change the BI Publisher data source password in the Oracle WebLogic application server.

1. Log in to the BI Publisher server.
2. Go to the Admin tab and click on the JDBC option.
3. Click on the Update Data Source and choose the data source whose password needs to be modified in the field Data source Name.

4. Modify the following field:

   Table 31-1 Update Data Source- Field Description

   Field	Description
   Password	Specify the new password

5. Click the Apply button.
6. Restart the application server.
7. Start Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking.
8. Log in to Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking. Generate a sample report to test.
   Try the above process in UAT or any other test environment before changing the password in a production environment.
