1.68 Process Translation Summary

This topic explains systematic instructions to process translation summary details maintained in the system.

Note:

The fields which are marked in asterisk are mandatory.

1. On Homescreen screen, type GISTRANS in the text box, and click Next.
   The Translation Summary screen displays.

2. On the Translation Summary screen, specify the fields.

   For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

   Table 1-91 Translation Summary - Field Description

   Field	Description
   Authorization Status	Select the authorization status of the translation from the drop-down list. Authorized Unauthorized Rejected
   Record Status	Select the record status of the translation from the drop-down list. Closed Open
   Table Name	Click Search and specify the name of the table from the list of values.

3. Click Search after specifying the search parameters.
   The system identifies all records satisfying the specified criteria and displays the following details for each one of them:

   • Authorization Status
   • Record Status
   • Table Name
4. Click Exit to end the transaction.
