3.12 Minimize and Maximize the Records

This topic provides the systematic instructions to minimize and maximize the records.

1. Navigate to View screen.
2. Click Collapse to minimize the screen.
   The minimized screen displays at the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Click Maximize button to maximize the screen.
   The screen is maximized.
