Create Charge Action

This image shows a Create Charge Action screen. Minimize, and Close icons are available at the top of the screen. Save, and Cancel buttons are provided at the bottom of the screen. It also has buttons: Waive, Retry and Reverse at the left bottom of the screen. It displays several fields to specify the Charge Action details.
