1.1 Release Highlights

This topic provides the information on the release highlights added to the product in this release.

The scope of the current release of Oracle Banking Operational Ledger is to enhance business processes by the following:

• Streamlining the transfer of General Ledger entries from various product processors, generating inter-branch entries, supporting balance tracking, managing foreign currency (FCY) revaluations, and facilitating period closures.
• Streamlining Kafka notifications for unbalanced and inter-branch transaction failures, enabling aggregate balance population, introducing the General Ledger cutoff feature, and implementing dashboard widgets for improved monitoring and visibility.
• Rebuild of General Ledger Balance
• Archival of Transaction Entries and Balances

This release also focused on technical qualifications to comply with the approved Tech Stack along with data privacy features.
