1.1 Maintenance for Oracle Banking Origination

This topic describes systematic instructions to maintain Oracle Banking Routing Hub configuration in common core for Common Core Generative AI Service.

To maintain Oracle Banking Routing Hub configuration in common core for the Common Core Generative AI Service.

Specify User ID and Password, and login to Home screen.

To import the services:

  1. From Home screen, click Core Maintenance. Under Core Maintenance, click Routing Hub.
  2. Under Routing Hub, click RPM_ORIGINATION.
    The Service Consumers screen displays.

  3. Click Import and select the RPM_ORIGINATION_docGPT1_Provider.json provided in the release into the respective Routing Hub configuration levels.
  4. Under RPM_ORIGINATION Service Providers, click docGPT.
  5. Import the json docGPT1_Application_Tracker_Implementation.json.
    The RPM_ORIGINATION - docGPT screen displays.

  6. Click actions from docGPT tile to edit the record.
  7. Click Edit.

  8. Change the host and port as per the Common Core Generative AI Service deployment and save it. Repeat the steps for the other records.
  9. From RPM_ORIGINATION screen, click Consumer Service.
    The Consumer Service screen displays.

  10. Click Import below Routing Hub json files:
    • RPM_ORIGINATION_Submit_Question_DocGPT_Service.json
    • RPM_ORIGINATION_Train_DocGPT_Model_Service.json
    • RPM_ORIGINATION_Simple_Prompt_DocGPT_Service.json

    1. API for Training

    This allows the Oracle Banking Origination to call Common Core Generative AI service to train the documents which are uploaded in the Customer level as well as in the Application level. This is done by default when the stage containing the Customer Information data-segment is submitted.

    2. Submit Questions API:

    This allows the Oracle Banking Origination to call Common Core Generative AI service to ask questions based on the previously uploaded documents. The response will contain Generative AI answers based on the context obtained from the uploaded documents.
