1.2.1 Outbound SCT Inst Transaction Input

This topic explains the Outbound SCT Inst Transaction Input screen.

  1. On Homepage, specify PFDOTONL in the text box, and click next arrow.
    The Outbound SCT Inst Transaction Input screen is displayed.

  2. On Outbound SCT Inst Transaction Input screen, click New to specify the fields.
    For more information about the fields, refer to field description table.

    Field Description
    Transaction Branch System defaults the Transaction Branch on clicking New.
    Branch Name System defaults the branch name of transaction branch on clicking New.
    Host code System defaults the Host Code of transaction branch.
    Host Code Description System defaults the Host Code Description of transaction branch.
    Source Code Specify the Source Code from the list of values.
    Source code Description System defaults the description of the source code.
    Transaction Reference Number System generates and displays a unique Reference Number for the transaction.
    Network Code The field displays a list of valid network codes from the Network Maintenance Detailed (PMDNWMNT) with payment type as Faster Payment. This is a mandatory field.
    Network code Description System defaults the description of the Network Code.
    End to End Identification End to End Identification is populated as the transaction reference. You can modify the same to indicate the End to End Identification provided by the originating customer (debit account owner).
    Instruction ID This is an optional field. You can specify Instruction ID received from the customer’s payment request.
    On Us Transfer

    By default the value is set to No and the field is disabled.

    During enrich or save, the system auto-updates the value to Yes if:
    • The creditor agent BIC corresponds to a branch BIC of the same host, as defined by STDCRBRN, and
    • Dispatch On Us Transfers is not selected in Network Preferences.
