2.6.3 Clearing Code

Use Clearing Code Maintenance to manage clearing codes used in payment and transaction processing, including the associated clearing network. It also supports ISO structured address fields.

1. On Homepage, specify ISDCTMEX in the text box, and click next arrow.
   Clearing Code Maintenance screen is displayed.

2. On Clearing Code Maintenance screen, click New to specify the fields.
   For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

   Field	Description
   Country Code	Select the required code from the list of values.
   Member ID/Clearing Code	Specify the Member Id/Clearing Code.
   Member ID/Clearing Code Description	Specify the description of Member Id/Clearing Code.
   Network Code	Select the required network code from the list of values.
   Network Description	Specify the description of network.
   Bank Name	Specify the name of the bank.
   Own Clearing Code	Specify the required code from the list of values.
   Clearing Code Indicator	Select the required clearing code indicator. The values are Yes and No.
   Bank ID code	Specify the required code from the list of values.
   BIC Code Description	Specify the description of the BIC Code.
   Customer Number	Select the Customer Number from the list of values.
   Country Name	Specify the name of the country.
   Clearing Code Type	Specify the Clearing Code Type.
   Clearing System Proprietary	Specify the Clearing System Proprietary details.
   Clearing system Code	Specify the clearing system code details.
   Clearing Network Participation	Click the Clearing Network Participation button to capture and view clearing network participation.
   Branch Structured Address	This section displays the Branch Structured Address details.
   Department	Specify the department of the branch.
   Sub Department	Specify the sub-department of the branch.
   Street Name	Specify the street name of the branch.
   Building Number	Specify the building number of the branch.
   Building Name	Specify the building name of the branch.
   Floor	Specify the floor of the branch.
   Post Box	Specify the post box of the branch.
   Room	Specify the room of the branch.
   Postal Code	Specify the postal code of the branch.
   Town Name	Specify the town name of the branch.
   Town Location Name	Specify the town location name of the branch.
   District Name	Specify the district name of the branch.
   Country Sub Division	Specify the country sub division of the branch.
   Country	Specify the country of the branch.
   Address Line 1	Specify the address line 1 of the branch.
   Address Line 2	Specify the address line 2 of the branch.
   Address Line 3	Specify the address line 3 of the branch.
