1.8.4 Branch Identifier for Domestic Networks

The Branch Identifier for Domestic Networks screen allows users to maintain branch identifiers for domestic networks by using clearing codes configured in the Generic ACH or Generic Wires modules.

  1. On Homepage, specify PMDACHBR in the text box, and click next arrow.
    The Branch Identifier for Domestic Networks screen is displayed.

  2. On Branch Identifier for Domestic Networks screen, click New to specify the fields.
    For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

    Field Description
    Host Code System defaults the Host Code of transaction branch on clicking New.
    Network Code Specify the Network Code from the list of values. The list of values contains all the valid network codes defined for the host in Network Code Maintenance. This is a mandatory field.
    Host Code Description System defaults the description of the selected Host Code.
    Network Description System defaults the description of the network based on the selected Network Code.
    Network Type Description System defaults the Network Type Description on the Network selected.
    Branch Code Specify the Branch Code from the list of value. All valid Branch Codes maintained in the system is listed. This is a mandatory field.
    Clearing Member ID

    Specify the Clearing Member ID of the branch for the network.

    For generic ACH networks, the LOV displays all valid bank codes from the ACH Directory based on the network’s directory key.

    For CBPRPlus and RTGS MX networks (Network Type GN-CBX/GN-RTT), the LOV displays clearing codes maintained in common core Clearing Code Maintenance (ISDCTMEX), limited to codes that match the network’s scheme code.
