5.11.3 Inbound Collections Refund Summary

1. On Homepage, specify PCSIRFND in the text box, and click next arrow.
   Inbound Collections Refund Summary screen is displayed.

2. You can search using one or more of the following parameters:
   • Original Transaction Reference
   • Refund Reference
   • Record Status
   • Authorization Status
3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
   System displays the records that match the search criteria.
