3.19 Common Core Entities Changes

For the following ODT Common Core entities that overlap with OBMA Common Core entities, the underlying tables have been replaced with views. The OBMA Common Core screens must be used to maintain these entities from the user interface. Even in an ODT-only deployment, these screens should be accessed via the Next Gen UI link. Additionally, the OBMA Common Core Service APIs must be used in place of the ODT APIs.
