2.4.12 NEFT - Auto return

Changes are done to do auto return of NEFT inbound transactions if the error code is linked to Network Return code in Reject Code Maintenance (Function ID: PMDRJMNT) for a pre-defined set of error codes. In addition to this, auto return is supported for ECA error codes maintained in PMDERRCD as External Error and linked in PMDRJMNT.
