2.10.12 Authorization Limit 1 & 2 Queues - Mandatory Transaction View Before Approval

Users are now required to mandatorily view a transaction from the Authorization Limit Queues before performing the approval action. The system logs the View Transaction activity for Auth Limit 1 and 2 queues in the database and displays an appropriate error message if an approval is attempted without first viewing the transaction.
