2.9.1 Consolidated Batch Creation without considering Network

For a bulk file uploaded ,if all records in the Batch are of Payment Type Cross border (MT/MX) / RTGS ( MT/MX) / Book Transfer type and grouping preference is set for not considering Network , then consolidated batches are created without considering Network Code.
