2.2.3 Outbound Payee Pre-validation Changes

The generic framework in OBPM for maintaining external pre-validation systems and processing payee pre-validation checks for outbound requests in the Generic Wires module (networks of type GN-CBX or GN-RTT). Changes include defining a generic request specification that produces all necessary data required for payee validation (VOP, CoP, and SWIFT payee validation), regardless of the applicable scheme. Any required data transformation to the specific target system must be configured in OBRH (Interconnect). Pre-validation support is provided for Generic wires templates/SI templates & Standard settlement instruction screen as well. Changes are done to send system derived match status and error description to source systems.
