2.3.9 Reversal Days Validation

A new field, Reversal Allowed Days, has been added in US ACH Network Preferences (PNDNWPRF). As part of this update, changes were implemented in the reversal processing of outbound ACH Credit/Debit transactions to validate the reversal request against the number of days specified in this new field.
