2.3.11 US ACH Network Cutoff Changes

The Same Day Transactions Cutoff Time and Standard ACH Cutoff Time can be maintained as part of the US ACH Network Preferences (Function ID: PNDNWPRF). A new preference field has been introduced to determine whether Same Day transactions should be processed as Standard ACH after the Same Day cutoff time.
