2.12.3 Data File Download

This topic describes the systematic procedures used to view and download the data files generated.

User can search and list the data files based on the Data File Definition Name according to search criteria and download it.

  1. From Home screen, click Retail Lending. Under Retail Lending, click Loan Services.
  2. Under Loan Services, click Data File Download.
    The Data File Download screen is displayed.

  3. Specify the fields on Data File Download screen.

    Field Description
    Definition Name Click Search icon and select the Definition from the list.

    The Definition list displayed as defined in the Create Data File Definitions screen.

    Definition Description Displays the data file definition description.

    This description is defined in the Create Data File Definitions screen.

    Period Select the period for inquiring the data files from the drop-down list.

    The available options are:

    • Data Range
    • Last Month
    • Last 2 Months
    • Last 3 Months
    From Date Select or specify the start date from which the user needs to view the data files.

    Note: This field is displayed if Date Range option is selected from the Period field.

    To Date Select or specify the end date till which the user needs to view the data files.

    Note: This field is displayed if Date Range option is selected from the Period field.

    Generated Files This section displays the list of data files generated based on search criteria entered.
    File Name Displays name of the data file generated in the system.
    File ID Displays an auto-generated File System Storage File ID.
    Creation Date Displays the file creation date ( in the format of YYYY-MM-DD Followed by Hours/Minutes/Seconds).
    Action Click on the Download icon to fetch the file and download to local system.

    Note: The No Download Available message is displayed if the Download link is corrupted or couldn't able to create.

  4. On Data File Download screen, click Search icon to display the data files based on search criteria entered.
    The Data File Download screen, fetches all data files generated within the selected period for user download.
  5. Click Download icon to download the data file.
