12.3 Maintain Trade Finance Draft Message Preview

This topic provides the preview draft confirmation messages.

This screen allows user to preview draft confirmation messages (MT798-771 for Letters of Credit and MT798-762 for Guarantees) sent to the applicant.

Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.
  1. On Homepage, type ‘MSDDRAFT’ in the text box, and click next arrow.
    The ‘Trade Finance Draft Message Preview’ screen is displayed.

  2. On Trade Finance Draft Message Preview screen, specify the fields.

    Field Description
    Reference Number Specify the contract Reference Number to search for draft messages.

    This field is mandatory.
    Module System displays the Module code for the selected contract.
    Draft Version System displays the version number of the draft message.
    Message Type System displays the type of draft message.
    Swift Message Type System displays the Swift Message Type.
    Sub Message Type System displays the Sub Message Type for the draft message.
    Swift Sub Message Type System displays the Swift Sub Message Type.
    Receiver System displays the Receiver ID of the draft message.
    Name System displays Name of the receiver.
    DCN System displays the document number associated with the draft message.
    Message Status System displays the status of the draft message.
    Message Details Click this button
  3. On the Trade Finance Draft Message Preview screen, click the Message Details button.
    The Message Details is displayed.
