2.2.3 Trade - Common Feature

  1. Structured and Hybrid Address changes

    System enhanced to provide Structured and Hybrid address required to generate MX payment messages namely MT202/MT202COV/MT103

    • Maintenance screens namely Trade Finance Settlement Instructions Maintenance (ISDTFINS) , Trade Finance Customer Address Maintenance (MSDTFCAD) and Third Party Maintenance (TDFTPMNT) enhanced to capture Structured / Hybrid Address.
    • BC, LC and Guarantee online screens enhance to capture Structured / Hybrid address. Settlement subsystem and Assignee details in LC and Bills contract online screens.
    • Trade Finance External Payment System Queue and Trade Finance External Payment System Queue History screens enhanced to display the details.
  2. Commission Collection Method changes
    System enhanced to modify Commission Collection Method during contract processing.
    • New option Commission Collection Method introduced in LC and Guarantee online screens.
    • New accounting role COMN_CUST_REV introduced and <COMN>INCREV to be generated during commission class creation.
    • Accounting entries to be maintained to support change of Commission Collection Method.
  3. Single Collection Cycle for Commission and Commission Advice
    System enhanced with Single Collection Cycle to debit commission on a single day when multiple commission components exist as part of Issuance and Amendments with periodic frequency.
    • Single Collection Cycle for Commission flag introduced in Trade Finance Bank Preference Maintenance, LC contract and Guarantee contract online screens.
    • During amendment with increase in contract amount, system to collect periodic commission for broken period.
    • Single CLIQ to trigger for multiple commission components of issuance and amendments commission.
    • Commission Advice introduced to provide commission details and to be attached to CLIQ event.
  4. SWIFT Certification related changes
    • STP processing of MT412 -Advice of Acceptance and MT768 –Acknowledgement of Guarantee/Standby LC introduced. STP processing of MT747 enhanced to create financial amendment in LC Amendment.
    • New job TF_TFPM_SWIFT_UPLOAD introduced to process MT410, MT412, MT730 and MT768 messages when process status is T. Process status updated as T by OBTFPM for Direct STP by OBTF.
    • Trade Finance Incoming Browser (MSSTFIBR) enhanced with process status T (Direct STP to OBTF) and K (User Handling Required). Trade Finance Outgoing Browser (MSSTFOBR) enhanced to display NAK Error code
    • Support draft confirmation messages namely MT798-771 for LCs and MT798-762 for Guarantees.
  5. Account Receivable validation

    Provision to validate outstanding Account Receivable, display an override message for LC, BG, Bills and Collection contracts.

  6. Debit and Credit Advice changes
    • Amount in Words introduced in Debit and Credit Advices to display total amount
    • Number of amendments introduced in Debit and Credit Advices. The same is applicable for LC and Guarantee amendments.
  7. Transport Mode changes
    Provision to capture Transport Mode
    • Transport Mode introduced in Document Code maintenance and the same to be provided when document type is Transport.
    • Transport Mode introduced in LC issuance and amendment screens and the same to be provided when document type is Transport.
