4.2.1 FCUBS_HEADER

The tags under FCUBS_HEADER are described below:

SOURCE

This indicates the name of the External system that is the source of the message.

UBSCOMP

This indicates the Oracle Banking Trade Finance component of the message.

MSGID

This unique ID identifies each incoming or outgoing message in Oracle Banking Trade Finance. Each message has a distinct Message ID.

CORRELID

This ID enables an external system that sends a request to Oracle Banking Trade Finance to correlate the response. In External System Maintenance, the correlation pattern is configured for each external system.

The configuration specifies whether the MSGID or the CORRELID from the request message is returned as the CORRELID in the response message. Based on this configuration, Oracle Banking Trade Finance sets the appropriate value in the response message.

USERID

For request messages, this ID is used to submit message requests. Oracle Banking Trade Finance processes this request using this id.

For response messages, the value is null.

BRANCH

This indicates the Oracle Banking Trade Finance branch code where the request message is processed. If BRANCH is not specified in the header, the system processes the request message in the Head Office branch.

MODULEID

This indicates the module ID.

SERVICE

This provides details on the various services of Oracle Banking Trade Finance. For every incoming message in Oracle Banking Trade Finance, the service name is mandatory.

OPERATION

This indicates the functional operation.

SOURCE_OPERATION

This indicates the functional operation as registered in Oracle Banking Trade Finance.

SOURCE_USERID

This is the User ID used to load the request message from the source.

DESTINATION

For incoming messages, the destination is Oracle Banking Trade Finance. For response messages, system populates the SOURCE of the request message as DESTINATION.

MULTITRIPID

This is a unique id which indicates overrides.

FUNCTIONID

This indicates the Oracle Banking Trade Finance Function ID.

MSGSTAT

This indicates whether the transaction is a SUCCESS or FAILURE.

ADDL

This is used to send additional parameters i.e. parameters not available in Oracle Banking Trade Finance.
