2.2 Incoming SWIFT Messages - Task Initiation and Statuses

This topic provides the task initiation and status of incoming swift messages.

Validation Criteria

After receiving an incoming SWIFT message, users determine whether the message meets the criteria for processing. The status of the related contract should be reviewed, and both Tag 21 (Related Reference) and Tag 20 (Sending Bank’s TRN) can be used for contract identification.

Eligible SWIFT Messages include: MT410, MT412, MT416, MT430, MT756, MT732, MT734, MT752, MT730, MT768, MT769, MT420, MT422, MT400, MT754, MT744, MT798/MT783, and MT798/MT719.
