2.2.14 Right to be forgotten

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of both closed Users and Customers are permanently anonymized. Once PII information are anonymized corresponding Users and Customers cannot be queried from application. Right to be forgotten is processed based on the number of days to forget the customer and on the customer’s request.
