1.5.4 View FATCA Withholding Rules

You can view the FATCA withholding rules in the FATCA Rule Summary screen.

Specify User ID and Password and login to Home screen.

1. On Home screen, type TASTRFRM in the text box, and click next.
   Treasury FATCA Rule Summary screen displays.

2. On Treasury FATCA Rule Summary screen, specify the fields.
   In the above screen, you can base your queries on any or all of the following parameters and fetch records: For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

   Table 1-14 Treasury FATCA Rule Summary - Field Description

   Field	Description
   Authorization Status	Select the authorization status from the drop-down list. Following are the options available in the dropdown list: Authorized Unauthorized Rejected
   Record Status	Select the record status from the drop-down list. Following are the options available in the dropdown list: Open Closed
   Withholding Rule Code	Select the withholding rule code from the option list.
   Withholding Rule Description	Select the withholding rule description from the option list.

3. Select any or all of the above parameters for a query and click ‘Search’ button. The records meeting the selected criteria are displayed.
   The system displays the following details pertaining to the fetched records:

   • Authorization Status
   • Record Status
   • Withholding Rule Code
   • Withholding Rule Description
4. Click the Exit button to close the screen.
