4.4 Reopening a Record

You can reopen a closed record to activate it again. A record is effective in the system only if it is in Open status.

To reopen a record:

  1. Navigate to the view page and click Options for the record that you want to reopen.
  2. Click Reopen.
    A confirmation pop up appears.
  3. In the Remarks field, enter remarks for reopening the record.
  4. Click Confirm.
    A message appears that the record is reopened successfully.
Once you reopen a record, it needs to be authorized to be effective in the system.
