4.4.3 Escalating a Task
If a task requires immediate attention, you can escalate it before the escalation date to your supervisor.
               
               To escalate a task:
               
               - Navigate to the Case Summary page.
 - In the Account widget, select the required account from the account list.
 - In the Tasks widget, click 
. - In the Task Details section, specify the search parameters to search for the task that you want to escalate.
 - In the Tasks section, select the check box corresponding to the task and click Escalate.
 
The status of the task is updated to ESCALATED.
