1.8.3 Invoke Branch EOD
This topic describes the systematic instructions to invoke the branch EOD process as per the branch.
Note: Corporate Lending system EOD should be executed and completed before starting OBSCF EOD.
The work-flow mapping can be configured using Configure Branch EOD screen.
- From Home screen, click Core Maintenance. Under Core Maintenance, click Branch EOD.
- Under Branch EOD, click Invoke EOD.The Invoke EOD screen is displayed.
- Specify the fields on the Invoke EOD screen.For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.
Note:
The fields marked as Required are mandatory.Table 1-19 Invoke EOD – Field Description
Field Description Branch Code Specify the branch code that is associated with the logged in user. Description Displays the description of the branch, based on the Branch code selected. Current Branch Date Displays the current branch date, based on the Branch code selected. - Perform one of the following action:
- Click Start to invoke EOD for selected branch and click Refresh to view the current status of batch.

Field Description Search Opens search/filter functionality to find specific EOD records or tasks by batch task and status. View Workflow Chart Click to view all the tasks workflow. Layouts Click to view records in table / Grid layout. Refresh Reloads the screen and updates the latest EOD status information. Auto Refresh (60sec) Toggle to automatically refresh the EOD status at configured intervals. Batch Task Tasks associated to the workflow maintained to that branch. Status Current execution status of the batch task. The options could be:
- Completed
- Scheduled
- Failed
- In-Progress
Start Time Time when the batch task execution started. End Time Time when the batch task execution finished. Actions Click to view the details of the batch task. Initiated By User ID of the person who started the EOD process. EOD Date Date for which EOD is completed. Initiated Time Timestamp when the EOD process was initiated. - Click icon under Actions column against the record to view the complete details of task.
- Click Retry to restart the EOD work-flow from the failed task.
Note:
The Retry button enables only if the failed task status is encountered. - Click Reset to clear the branch selected.
- Click Refresh to view the current status of batch.
- Click Start to invoke EOD for selected branch and click Refresh to view the current status of batch.
