7.1.2 View Fact

This topic describes the systematic instructions to view the list of fact.

The user can configure fact using Create Fact screen.

1. From Home screen, click Rule. Under Rule, click Fact.
2. Under Fact, click View Fact.
   The View Fact screen is displayed.

   Table 7-2 View Fact – Field Description

   Field	Description
   Fact ID	Displays the Fact ID.
   Description	Displays the description of the fact.
   Product Processor	Displays the product processor.
   Authorization Status	Displays the authorization status of the record. The options are: Authorized Rejected Unauthorized
   Record Status	Displays the status of the record. The options are: Open Closed
   Modification Number	Displays the number of modification performed on the record.

3. Click More Actions (⋮) to access additional actions available for the selected fact.
4. Click Search icon to search a specific fact based on configured search criteria.
5. Click + icon to add a new fact.
   The Create Fact screen displays.
6. Click Refresh icon to reloads the fact list with the latest available data.
