Purpose

This guide provides the detailed information about the Retail 360 feature.

Audience

This guide is intended for the Relationship Managers (RM) in the retail division of the bank.

Before You Begin

Kindly refer to the Getting Started User Guide for information on common functionalities like login, navigation, and general settings before proceeding with this guide.

Specify User Id and Password, and login to the Home screen.

Terms	Definitions
Fee Income Products	The groups or the products through which the bank gains income from the customer.
Standing Instructions	A Standing Instruction (SI) is a service offered to customers of a bank, wherein regular transactions that the customer wants to make are processed as a matter of course instead of initiating specific transactions each time. Once initiated, a standing instruction may go on for many months, or even years, with each cycle being processed automatically.
Total Relationship Value	The total value of the relationship between the customer and the bank in terms of assets and liability.
Alerts	The bank customers may require critical information on their accounts or transactions to help them take appropriate actions. A business alert is a message that conveys such information by email, sms or as a message on the user dashboard.

Critical Patches

Oracle advises customers to get all their security vulnerability information from the Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory, which is available at Critical Patches, Security Alerts and Bulletins. All critical patches should be applied in a timely manner to make sure effective security, as strongly recommended by Oracle Software Security Assurance.

Convention	Meaning
boldface	Boldface type indicates graphical user interface elements associated with an action, or terms defined in text or the glossary.
italic	Italic type indicates book titles, emphasis, or placeholder variables for which user supply particular values.
monospace	Monospace type indicates commands within a paragraph, URLs, code in examples, text that appears on the screen, or text that user enter.
