12.2 Advance Search
This topic provides the instruction about advanced search features in Oracle Banking Party.
The Advanced Search feature facilitates party searches within the Oracle Banking Party (OBPY) information by utilizing various parameters based on Party type.
An Advanced Search button is conveniently located where advanced party searches are permitted.
- Click on the Advanced Search button, it enable the users to conduct comprehensive searches for parties based on specified criteria.
- Select the Party Type from the list to search.
- If you select Party Type as Individual;Based on the selected party type search criteria is displayed.
Note:
The fields marked as Required are mandatory.Table 12-1 Advanced Party Search- Individual Party – Field Description
Field Description Party ID Specify the unique identifier of the customer/party to search. Party Type Select the party type from the list to search. The available options are:- Individual
- Non-Individual
First Name The given name of the party as per official records. Middle Name The additional given name of the party, if applicable. Last Name The surname or family name of the party. Date of Birth The official birth date of the party. Note: Date of Birth cannot be a future date.
Unique ID The unique ID of the party. Note: Search party based on ID saved in ID Details Data Segment. The wildcard (%) is only supported.
Tax Identification Number The specific tax identification number assigned to the party. Note: Search Parties based on TIN Number stored in Tax Declaration Data Segment. The wildcards (* and %) are supported.
Mobile Number The registered mobile number of the party. Email The registered mail ID of the party. - On the Advance Search Criteria screen, specify the details and click Fetch.
The search results displays a list of records based on the specified search criteria.
Table 12-2 Search Result- Individual Party – Field Description
Field Description Party ID Displays the unique identifier of the customer/party. CIF Displays the Customer Information File (CIF) number used to uniquely identify the customer within the banking system. First Name Displays the given name of the party as per official records. Middle Name Displays the additional given name of the party, if applicable. Date of Birth Displays the official birth date of the party. Unique ID Displays the unique ID of the party. Tax Identification Number Displays the specific tax identification number assigned to the party. Mobile Number Displays the registered mobile number of the party. Email Displays the registered mail ID of the party.
- If you select Party Type as Non-Individual;Based on the selected party type search criteria is displayed.

Advance search supports, party search based on Party type as Individual and Non-Individual parties.
