7.12.5 Usage Charge Matrix Sub Tab

This topic provides information on the usage charge matrix, which records and manages usage-related charges and rate details.

The Usage Charge Matrix sub tab allows user to define and maintain different chargeable slabs based on the combination of Billing Cycle and Charge Type. The details maintained here are used for billing calculation based on a particular asset usage.

On clicking Initialize in Rental Agreement tab, the information in this sub tab is auto-populated based on details maintained in Asset Type setup. For more information about field details, refer to Usage Charge Matrix section in Setup guides.
