    • Batch Schedule configuration enhancements

      Batch Schedule configuration now allows existing schedules to be updated without requiring Configuration Movement. The unsupported Ignore Holidays option has also been removed from Batch.

    • 24-hour results view

      Communication Results and Batch Results now display records from the past 24 hours, providing a more relevant operational view.

  • Communication and Batch Processing Enhancements (Release 26.3.2)

    Enhanced Communication processing and batch management to provide greater flexibility, reliability, and operational efficiency.

    • Optional email attachments

      Email distribution supports processing Communications with optional email attachments.

    • Communication Batch configuration enhancements

      Communication Batch configuration now allows the same Communication configuration to be associated multiple times and streamlines creation and update operations.

    • Communication Service and queue associations

      Communication Services can now be associated with Distribution Queues, and Storage Item associations can be configured within Queue Configuration.

    • Simplified Batch Schedule management

      Schedule Frequency has been decoupled from Configuration Movement to simplify Batch Schedule management.

    • Communication event-processing improvements

      Communication event processing has been enhanced to improve reliability and provide more consistent communication handling.

    • Operational filtering enhancements

      Operational filtering for Review Needed and Status criteria has been improved.

    • Base configuration version retrieval

      The following APIs now return all versions of the base configuration in a single response, eliminating the need for multiple API calls:

    • Events API entitlement

      A new Events API entitlement now supports verification of event creation.

  • Batch Operations and Results Enhancements (Release 26.3.2)

    Enhanced Batch execution, monitoring, and reporting capabilities to improve consistency and operational visibility.

      Batch Result reporting now provides consistent record counts.

    • Counter functional batch filtering

      The Batch Result APIs now support filtering of Counter functional batch records.

    • Batch Processing and Communication Results filtering enhancements

      Filtering capabilities have now been expanded for Batch Processing and Communication Results.

    Enhanced chart capabilities now allow better control over X- and Y-axis line widths, along with improved positioning for X-axis year labels.

  • Queue management enhancement (Release 26.3.1)

    Added the ability to stop an in-progress queue, providing greater control over processing workflows.

  • Object Storage Resiliency Improvements (Release 26.3.1)

    Enhanced read and write resiliency for Object Storage operations to ensure more reliable data access and persistence.

  • SFTP distribution now supports configurable destination folders (Release 26.3)

    SFTP distribution supports configurable destination folders to include additional Communication Storage metadata for downstream services, enabling Index and Summary report generation.

  • Added support for dynamic file names for email attachments (Release 26.3)

    Support for dynamic, custom file names for email attachments is now available to better align with business needs.

  • Introduced plain text output capability (Release 26.3)

    Introduced configurable HTML to Plain Text conversion for email output to meet the business requirements.

  • Added new system transforms for System Date and System Time (Release 26.3)

    To support real-time processing data in file naming conventions, system transforms for System Date and System Time have been introduced, enabling improved file creation for Print, Index, and Summary files.

  • New options in Chart (Release 26.3)

    Enhanced charting with new options for:

    • default background color
    • data label positioning
    • decimal value handling
    • border controls
  • Support for new Length and Filter transforms for User Defined Data Structure arrays, enabling Index/Summary reconciliation reporting (Release 26.3)
    To generate detailed reports, the following two new transforms have been introduced:
    • derive the length of an Array (count of elements)
    • filter Array elements based on a specified condition
  • Discontinued support for Telesign SMS (Release 26.3)
