Communication Processing
Introduction
Communication Processing in Communication Cloud Service helps you to efficiently manage, monitor, and troubleshoot all outgoing communications triggered by system events or scheduled batch configurations. Operations Overview page gives you a high-level snapshot and fast access to the most important aspects of communication processing.
The Communication Result page provides an overview of communications, categorized by their current status. It is used to monitor automated communications to quickly assess the status, identify errors, and pinpoint items that need review. You can drill down for further details.
- Access the Oracle Financial Services Cloud application.
- From Menu, select Configuration.
- Select Operations and then Operations. This redirects you to Operations Overview page.
- Under Communications, select View Communications Result. This redirects you to Communication Results page.
The Communication Config Short Name page displays the process steps involved in executing the communication. It provides both a summary and detailed information for the communication config instance, allowing you to quickly identify which part of the process failed.
To view more details, select the Process Name to navigate to the Processes page.
The Processes page displays the sequence of processes executed for a single record. It shows the status of each process step (for example, Create, Distribute) and allows you to drill down into each step for further investigation of details or errors.
To view more information about a specific process, select the Process Name to access the process details for that record. You can also select the Process Name to navigate to the Events page for additional insights.
The Events page provides a detailed view of the attempt for a specific process (for example, part of Send SMS for Record). It displays event-level results and highlights any errors that occurred.
To view the error message, select the Name under the Message column.
