1.33.2 View Local Holiday

This topic describes the systematic instructions to view the list of configured local holidays.

The user can configure local holiday using Create Local Holiday screen.
  1. From Home screen, click Core Maintenance. Under Core Maintenance, click Local Holiday.
  2. Under Local Holiday, click View Local Holiday.
    The View Local Holiday screen is displayed.

    Field Description
    Branch Code Displays the code of the branch.
    Unexpected Holiday Indicates if the record is an unexpected holiday.
    Year Displays the year of the holiday.
    Authorization Status Displays the authorization status of the record.
    The options are:
    • Authorized
    • Rejected
    • Unauthorized
    Record Status Displays the status of the record.
    The options are:
    • Open
    • Closed
    Modification Number Displays the number of modification performed on the record.
  3. On View Local Holiday screen, clickThree-dots icon to Unlock, Delete, Authorize or View the created Local Holiday.
  4. Click Unlock to modify the created Local Holiday.

    Field Description
    Branch Code Displays the code of the branch.
    Year Displays the year of the holiday.
    Weekly Holidays Click toggle status to enable the configuration of weekly holidays.
    Unexpected Holiday Click toggle status to enable the configuration of unexpected holidays.
    Year Displays the year of the holiday.
  5. Select the dates using the calendar.

    Note:

    • When a new branch is created, the holiday maintenance is defaulted to the newly created branch from the Head office when <Propagate Local Holiday to Branches> in External Bank Maintenance and <Default Local Holiday from Head Office> in External Branch Maintenance is enabled. Any amendments made to the Head Office holiday maintenance are automatically propagated to all associated branches.

      The Branch-specific holidays are highlighted in light blue, while Head office holidays are displayed in red.

  6. Click Save to update the modified fields.
