6 Address History

Address History allows the Relationship Manager to view a party’s historical addresses, including details of the user who updated each address and the contact address list in both structured and unstructured formats.

  1. From Home screen, click Party Services.
  2. Under Party Services, click Party History, click Address History
    The Address History screen is displayed.
  3. On the Address History screen, specify the fields. For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

    Note:

    The fields marked as Required are mandatory.

    Table 6-1 Address History - Field Description

    Field Description
    Enter CIF Specify the CIF ID of the party to view address history.
    Start Date The date from which the address history can be viewed.
    End Date The date until which the address history can be viewed.
    Customer Induced Toggle button to select whether operation is initiated by customer or not.

    The available options are:

    • Yes: Operation is initiated by Customer
    • No: Operation not initiated by Customer
  4. Specify the CIF or search for a CIF. For Advanced Search, click Advanced Search button. The following values are available for the advance CIF search:
    • Customer ID
    • Customer Name
    • Customer Category
  5. Click Fetch.
    The Address History details will be displayed.

    Field Description
    Version The version number of the address history record.
    Updated By Name of the user who updated the address.
    Updated Date The date on which the address was updated by the user.
  6. Click View of the specific version to view the address history details you want to see.
    The Version - Updated Address details show the history of the updated addresses, the user who made the updates, and the contact address list in structured and unstructured formats.
